Welcome to the Red Lake County Catholic website. I am Father Chuck Huck. I serve as Pastor to the three parishes of Red Lake County. It is a joy to celebrate the Sacraments and be a part of the lives of our parishioners as they go through the trials, sufferings and joys of living. Before I was ordained a priest I raised my family of 7 children in the Fargo-Moorhead area. My wife Valerie died in November of 2000. I share many stories of family life and try to tie living in today’s world to the gospel message we hear. Please take the time to introduce yourself to me. I am Deacon John Bruggeman. My wife, Loree and I are honored and privileged to be part of the parish communities of Red Lake Falls, Brooks and Oklee. I was ordained a deacon for the Diocese of Crookston in 1993 and Loree was commissioned for ministry for the Diocese of Crookston in 1995. We have two daughters, Katina and Kristina, who are both married and we have been blessed with five grandchildren.

I have been with St. Joseph for over 5 years. My husband Kurt and I have been blessed with 3 beautiful children. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, running and being outdoors. I enjoy my position here at Red Lake County Catholic and look forward to being part of our parish growing in faith.

My name is Sherry Knott and I am the Music director here at St. Joseph Church in Red Lake Falls. I am married to Lawrence Knott and we have 3 children (well, if you can call a 17 year old and a 6’4” 16 year old, and a 12 year old children). Along with my responsibilities here at the church I keep busy with 25 piano and voice students and perform with the Thief River Falls Community Theatre in the summer.
I LOVE working here at St. Joseph Church! I consider myself the most blessed staff member here at the church. How many people get to spend their time helping people prepare their hears for meeting with Jesus? Through the power of music we are brought closer to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and isn’t that the most important thing in the world?
